Picual Extra Virgin Olive Oil

This small batch California Picual was harvested from groves in the Capay Valley. It has a sweet, fruity nose and displays notes of stone fruit: peaches and apricots plus some floral characteristics. The finish is peppery with some astringency. While Picual is the most prolific variety in the world, it is exceedingly rare in California.
