Biancolilla Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Native to Sicily, this Biancolilla displays astringency and lingering pepperiness with vegetal notes of asparagus and green almond. The Sicilian Biancolilla is slightly vegetal with a creamy artichoke center, fragrant berry notes, and a nice peppery finish.
