Peach Balsamic Vinegar is made with White Trebbiano Grape Must and white peaches, cooked and then aged in oak barrels to achieve the desired level of acidity. The peppermint tasting notes and characteristically red color come from the region’s Modena terroir where this vinegar originated centuries ago. It can be paired with any of our extra virgin olive oils but because it’s not caramelized, it retains its clear characteristics and could also be mixed into cider for a refreshing fall drink.
