Ingredients: Outer Banks Olive Oil Co. Arbequina Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil Outer Banks Quick Rise Pizza Dough (makes 2 medium or 1 large Pizza Crust) Fresh tomatoes Mozzarella cheese Fresh basil Salt Outer Banks Olive Oil Co. Neapolitan Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out the pizza dough (follow product directions to make the dough) and place it on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Spread a thin layer of our Arbequina Olive Oil over the dough. Top with sliced tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and fresh basil leaves. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Bake the dough for 15 - 17 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly. Once out of the oven, drizzle with our Neapolitan Balsamic Vinegar for an extra touch of Neapolitan magic.
