Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced

  • 6 large eggs

Instructions:

  4. Flip the Tortilla: Place a plate over the skillet and carefully flip the tortilla onto the plate. Slide it back into the skillet to cook the other side until fully set and golden brown.
