Ingredients:

  • 2 medium size cans black, pitted olives
  • 2 medium size cans green, stuffed olives
  • 2 T minced garlic
  • 2 T Basil EVOO
  • ½ C onion, cut into quarters

Preparation:

  1. Combine drained olives, onion and garlic in food processor and chop fairly fine.
  2. Add Basil EVOO & pulse to mix.
  3. Add salt & pepper to taste, but be careful as it may already be fairly salty.
  4. Chill for at least a few hours. Serve with crackers or bruschetta toast.
