Preheat oven to 375°. Combine chilies, garlic, cilantro, lime juice and coconut Balsamic, and lime oil in a shallow dish. Marinate shrimp in mixture for 10-15 min.
Season with salt & pepper, remove from dish and place on lightly oiled baking dish (can use more Lime EVOO) and bake for 5 min, depending on the size of the shrimp. Remove from oven & serve.
*Sauté shrimp on med/high heat (1-2 min per side) or grill on pre-soaked skewers (1-2 min per side) instead of baking.
