Ingredients:          

  • 1 ½ C Traditional Balsamic
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 1 C EVOO
  • 1 T + 1 t brown sugar
  • ½ C finely minced onion
  • cracked black pepper

         

Preparation:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic, soy sauce, oil, sugar, onion and pepper.
  2. Pour over desired meat and marinate in refrigerator for 1-4 hours, turning meat occasionally.
