Ingredients:

  • ½ C Balsamic Vinegar (any flavor) (use more to preferred taste)
  • 3 T Dijon mustard                              
  • 3 T honey                                          
  • 1 C Garlic EVOO (or add 2 cloves smashed garlic & any flavor EVOO)
  • 2 small shallots, minced                          
  • ¼ t salt
  • ¼ t cracked black pepper

Preparation:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together first 6 ingredients until well blended. Gradually whisk in olive oil, mixing well.
  2. Store leftover vinaigrette in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
