Balsamic Skirt Steak:

  • ½ C Traditional Balsamic*
  • 1 t kosher salt
  • 2 T brown sugar                              
  • ½ t black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 t rosemary                               
  • ¼ C EVOO*         
  • 1 ½ lb skirt steak                                         


  1. In a blender, combine all marinade ingredients except oil; run until combined, then slowly add oil until thoroughly mixed in. Peirce meat with a fork a place in a large Ziploc bag. Add marinade, refrigerate, and allow to marinate from 30 min to overnight.
  2. Heat grill to high, remove meat from marinade and grill 3-4 min per side, or until cooked to desired temperature.
  3. Slice thinly, crosswise to the grain. Plate slices, drizzle with balsamic and serve.

*You may substitute any flavor of oil or vinegar you like!
