In a blender, combine all marinade ingredients except oil; run until combined, then slowly add oil until thoroughly mixed in. Peirce meat with a fork a place in a large Ziploc bag. Add marinade, refrigerate, and allow to marinate from 30 min to overnight.
Heat grill to high, remove meat from marinade and grill 3-4 min per side, or until cooked to desired temperature.
Slice thinly, crosswise to the grain. Plate slices, drizzle with balsamic and serve.
