Blackberry Ginger Balsamic and Persian Lime Olive Oil bring that spark — rich, dark berry meets a whisper of ginger spice, balanced perfectly by bright citrus.

We’ve crafted a full meal that turns dinner into something a little bolder. A little warmer. A little... unforgettable.

Blackberry Ginger Persian Lime Glazed Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs

  • 2 tbsp OBOO Persian Lime Olive Oil

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • Salt + pepper to taste

  • ½ cup OBOO Blackberry Balsamic

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • Fresh blackberries & lime slices for garnish (optional, but fabulous)


Directions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic.

  3. Sear in Persian Lime Olive Oil over medium heat until golden (about 3 min each side).

  4. Whisk Blackberry Balsamic, honey, and Dijon. Pour over chicken.

  5. Transfer pan to oven, bake for 15–20 min, basting once or twice.

  6. Finish with a squeeze of lime and a sprinkle of fresh berries if you’re feeling fancy.


Side Dishes
🌿 Cilantro Lime Quinoa

  • 1 cup quinoa, cooked

  • 1 tbsp OBOO Persian Lime Olive Oil

  • Zest of 1 lime

  • Handful of chopped cilantro

  • Pinch of sea salt


Fluff it, drizzle it, mix it. Done and divine.
