6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
3 tbsp Harissa Olive Oil
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp Neapolitan Balsamic Vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, whisk together Harissa Olive Oil, paprika, cumin, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
Rub the mixture all over the chicken thighs. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment or foil.
Roast for 35–40 minutes, until skin is crispy and internal temp hits 165°F.
While the chicken rests, warm Neapolitan Balsamic with minced garlic in a small pan for 2–3 minutes.
Drizzle the herb glaze over the chicken and garnish with fresh herbs.
