Ingredients:
  • 6 cups mixed greens
  • 2 tablespoons Outer Banks Olive Oil Co. Portuguese Lemon Olive Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Outer Banks Olive Oil Co. Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
Instructions:
  • Prepare Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together Portuguese Lemon Olive Oil and Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar until well combined.
