Provolone, Prosciutto & Balsamic Onion Pizza:

Temp                            450°

Serves                           2 to 4

Ingredients:                                                    

  • 12” prepared pizza crust   
  • 4 oz Prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 6 oz prepared pizza sauce   
  • 2 T Traditional Balsamic
  • 8 slices Provolone cheese   
  • 3 T fresh chopped basil
  • 1 T EVOO
  • 1 large sweet onion, thinly sliced

 

Preparation:

  1. Spread sauce over crust. Layer cheese on sauce.
  2. Heat EVOO in small pan, add onion, cook until tender, add vinegar then cook 1 min more.
  3. Spread onions over cheese; top w/ Prosciutto & basil.
  4. Bake at 450° for about 10 min.
