Baklouti Olive Oil

Hailing from the historic Barbary Coast of North Africa, the rare Tunisian Baklouti pepper is found nowhere else in the world. Our Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil is the only one of its kind — a vibrant fusion of fruity heat and bold spice.

It is crafted by crushing fresh, early-harvest organic olives together with a nearly equal amount of whole, fresh green Baklouti chilies. The two ingredients are then blended in the malaxer, allowing the bright green essential oils of the pepper to beautifully fuse with the organic olive oil.

This oil delivers a savory, tantalizing kick to salsas, marinades, soups, grilled foods, vegetables, and so much more.
