Asparagus with Parmesan Crust:

Ingredients:                                                                                        

  • 1 LB asparagus spears, thin                                    
  • 1 T Butter EVOO
  • 1/4 C Sicilian Lemon Balsamic
  • pinch sea salt
  • fresh ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 oz shaved Parmesan cheese

 

Preparation:

  • Heat oven to 450°. Place asparagus on baking sheet, drizzle w/ Butter EVOO & toss to coat.
  • Arrange asparagus in single layer, sprinkle with Parmesan, salt and pepper. Bake 12-15 min until cheese is melted and asparagus is tender but crisp.
  • Serve immediately on warm plates, drizzling with Sicilian Lemon balsamic to taste.
