Cranberry Glazed Gremolata Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 tbsp Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil

  • 1/2 cup Cranberry Pear Balsamic

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp orange zest

  • Salt & pepper

  • Optional: fresh thyme and lemon slices for garnish

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Rub chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, and orange zest. Sear in a hot skillet, then transfer to the oven and roast for 15–18 minutes, until cooked through.

  3. In a saucepan, reduce balsamic, Dijon, and a splash of water until syrupy.

  4. Slice chicken, drizzle with glaze, and garnish with thyme and lemon.
