Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
1/2 cup Cranberry Pear Balsamic
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp orange zest
Salt & pepper
Optional: fresh thyme and lemon slices for garnish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Rub chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, and orange zest. Sear in a hot skillet, then transfer to the oven and roast for 15–18 minutes, until cooked through.
In a saucepan, reduce balsamic, Dijon, and a splash of water until syrupy.
Slice chicken, drizzle with glaze, and garnish with thyme and lemon.
