Grilled Chicken Mango Skewers

Ingredients:

• 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cubed)
• 2 tbsp Cilantro & Roasted Onion Olive Oil
• 1 fresh mango (cubed)
• 1 red bell pepper (chunked)
• 1 red onion (chunked)
• 1/3 cup Aged Mango Balsamic
• Salt & pepper
• Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Directions:

  1. Toss chicken, peppers, onions, and mango with oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Thread onto soaked skewers.
  3. Grill over medium-high heat for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  4. Warm Mango Balsamicgently and drizzle before serving.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro for the final touch.
