  • Preheat grill to medium-high.
  • Season pork with salt, pepper, and brush with Cobrancosa EVOO.
  • In a saucepan, combine balsamic, honey, and garlic. Simmer 3–4 min to thicken.
  • Grill pork 12–14 min, turning occasionally, until 145°F internal.
  • Brush glaze over pork in final minutes.
  • Slice, drizzle remaining glaze, garnish with rosemary. Serve warm.
