Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 Tbsp Herbs de Provence Olive Oil, divided

  • 3 Tbsp Raspberry Balsamic

  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • Sea salt & black pepper to taste

  • Fresh thyme or parsley for garnish

  • Mixed greens or grilled vegetables, for serving


Directions:

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk 1 Tbsp Herbs de Provence Olive OilRaspberry Balsamic, Dijon mustard, and garlic. Set aside.

  3. Brush chicken with remaining 1 Tbsp Herbs de Provence Olive Oil. Season with salt & pepper.

  4. Grill chicken 5–6 minutes per side, until cooked through.

  5. During last 2 minutes, brush glaze over chicken and let it caramelize slightly.

  6. Serve over greens or with grilled veggies. Drizzle remaining glaze over top. Garnish with herbs.


Chef’s Tip: The glaze is also divine on grilled pork tenderloin or brushed over shrimp skewers
