Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 Tbsp Herbs de Provence Olive Oil, divided
3 Tbsp Raspberry Balsamic
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
Sea salt & black pepper to taste
Fresh thyme or parsley for garnish
Mixed greens or grilled vegetables, for serving
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium heat.
In a small bowl, whisk 1 Tbsp Herbs de Provence Olive Oil, Raspberry Balsamic, Dijon mustard, and garlic. Set aside.
Brush chicken with remaining 1 Tbsp Herbs de Provence Olive Oil. Season with salt & pepper.
Grill chicken 5–6 minutes per side, until cooked through.
During last 2 minutes, brush glaze over chicken and let it caramelize slightly.
Serve over greens or with grilled veggies. Drizzle remaining glaze over top. Garnish with herbs.
Chef’s Tip: The glaze is also divine on grilled pork tenderloin or brushed over shrimp skewers
