Ingredients:

  • 2 fresh local fish fillets (grouper, snapper, mahi-mahi, flounder—whatever’s freshest!)

  • 2 tbsp Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil

  • 2 tbsp Mango White Balsamic

  • 1 tbsp Coconut White Balsamic

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • ½ tsp grated fresh ginger

  • ½ tsp sea salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Chopped cilantro, green onions, or fresh mango for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Pat fish dry and season with salt and pepper.

  2. Make the glaze: Whisk together Baklouti Olive Oil, Mango Balsamic, Coconut Balsamic, honey, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.

  3. Cook your way:

    • Grill: Brush fish with glaze and grill over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side.

    • Sear: Heat a pan with a drizzle of Baklouti Olive Oil, sear for 3-4 minutes per side, basting with glaze.

    • Bake: Place fillets on a parchment-lined sheet, brush with glaze, and bake at 400°F for 10-12 minutes.
