Ingredients:
2 fresh local fish fillets (grouper, snapper, mahi-mahi, flounder—whatever’s freshest!)
2 tbsp Mango White Balsamic
1 tbsp Coconut White Balsamic
1 tbsp honey
1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp grated fresh ginger
½ tsp sea salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Chopped cilantro, green onions, or fresh mango for garnish
Instructions:
Pat fish dry and season with salt and pepper.
Make the glaze: Whisk together Baklouti Olive Oil, Mango Balsamic, Coconut Balsamic, honey, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
Cook your way:
Grill: Brush fish with glaze and grill over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side.
Sear: Heat a pan with a drizzle of Baklouti Olive Oil, sear for 3-4 minutes per side, basting with glaze.
Bake: Place fillets on a parchment-lined sheet, brush with glaze, and bake at 400°F for 10-12 minutes.
