  • Ingredients:
    • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
    • 2 tablespoons Outer Banks Olive Oil Co. Baklouti Olive Oil
    • 3 tablespoons Outer Banks Olive Oil Co.  Jalapeno Balsamic Vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon cumin
    • 1 teaspoon chili powder
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 8 small tortillas
    • 1 cup shredded cabbage
    • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
    • Lime wedges for serving
  • Instructions:
    1. Marinate Shrimp: In a bowl, combine Baklouti Olive Oil, Jalapeno Balsamic Vinegar, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Add shrimp and marinate for 20 minutes.
    2. Cook Shrimp: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through.
    3. Assemble Tacos: Warm tortillas and fill with cooked shrimp, shredded cabbage, and chopped cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
